Filter Tags in Zapmail help you organize and manage your mailboxes and domains more efficiently. You can use tags to group domains or mailboxes based on purpose, client, campaign, or any custom logic that fits your workflow.
This guide shows you how to create and apply filter tags step by step.
What Are Filter Tags?
Filter Tags are labels that let you quickly categorize and identify domains or mailboxes inside Zapmail. They make it easier to filter, track, and manage large setups.
Common use cases:
Grouping domains by client
Separating warm-up vs active domains
Organizing mailboxes by campaign or team
Step 1: Open the Mailboxes Dashboard
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard.
Go to either the Domains or Mailboxes section.
Select the domain or mailbox where you want to create or apply a filter tag.
Step 2: Create or Choose a Filter Tag
Click the Tag icon.
If the tag you want already exists, simply choose it from the list.
If it doesn't exist yet, type the new tag name in the field. A Create a New Tag button will appear — click it.
Choose a color for the tag for easy identification.
Click Create Tag.
Step 3: Apply the Tag
Choose the domain you want to tag.
Select the domains and click on Add Tags button on Menu bar
Choose the Tag you want to apply.
The selected tag will be automatically applied to the selected domain or mailbox as soon as you click Add.
Step 4: Verify the Tag
Once added, the tag will appear next to the selected domain or mailbox, confirming it has been applied successfully.
You can now use this tag to filter and manage items more easily.
