A Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Wallet Credits and Enabling Auto-Topup

In this article, we’ll guide you on how to use wallet credits to ensure seamless renewal of your Mailboxes. Wallet credits offer a convenient way to prepay for services and set up automatic top-ups, so you never have to worry about manually renewing your Mailboxes again.

How to Add Wallet Credits

  1. Navigate to the Wallet section.

  2. Click on Add More Balance.

  3. Enter the desired amount.

  4. Click on Add Balance to proceed.

  5. You’ll be redirected to the payment page, where you can enter your payment details and complete the transaction.

How to Set Up Auto-Topup

  1. Go to the Settings Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Wallet section.

  3. Enable the Auto-Topup option.

  4. Click on Edit Auto-Topup.

  5. A dialogue box will appear where you can configure the following:

    • Minimum Balance: Set the balance threshold. When your wallet balance drops below this amount, the system will automatically refill.

    • Auto-Recharge Amount: Define the amount to be added to your wallet when the balance falls below the minimum.

  6. Click Update Auto-Topup to save your settings.
