How To Connect Microsoft Mailboxes Manually In Any Third Party Platform.

Logging into your mailboxes manually is an important skill for managing your emails and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Follow these steps to access your mailboxes through Zapmail.

  1. Select Mailboxes: Choose the mailboxes you want to log into.

  2. Export Mailboxes: Click on “Export Mailboxes.”

  3. Export CSV File: Click on “Export CSV File” and then “Continue.”


Note:

  • Using this option will disable future Automatic Exports of email accounts.

  • We do not recommend accessing your Microsoft Workspace account manually, as this might interfere with Zapmail Automation. (Manual CSV export is at your own risk).

  • Changing passwords manually will disable Zapmail’s access to your Microsoft accounts, and all setup/export automations will be disabled. This may disrupt the automation process and could potentially make these accounts inaccessible through Zapmail in the future.

  • Therefore, we recommend manually logging into your accounts only if it is absolutely necessary.

4. Agree to Terms: Click on “I agree to Terms of Use” and then “Proceed to Export CSV.”

5. Receive CSV File: The CSV file will be sent to your email account, containing the email accounts and passwords.

Now you have the email and password of the accounts , so the next step is you have to log into the third party tool in which you want to add your mailboxes. Here i am showing you the example of adding the mailbox in Smartlead, but the steps for adding the mailboxes will be same across all the platforms.

6. Log into your Smartlead account and navigate to email accounts tab , there you will find a option "Add Account" just click on that and select Outlook / Microsoft 365.

7. After clicking on outlook a pop up will appear in which connect account button will be displayed , just click on that.


8. After clicking on connect account it will prompt you to enter your email and password. Now here the main step comes. When you enter your password it will prompt you to "Enter the code displayed in the authenticator app"

9. For generating the code you don't have to worry , zapmail has already sorted the things for there users. You simply have to come to your zapmail mailbox dashboard and just navigate to the microsoft workspace.

10. After navigating to the microsoft workspace, just navigate to the mailbox dashboard. There you will all your mailboxes . Now for generating the code you will see a new column in the table called as "Actions" . On adjacent to every email you will see a authenticator icon , just click on that for getting the code.

Note:- Every email has it's own unique code.

11. Please note that the code get refreshes in every 30 seconds so try to add the code before that.

12 Just copy the code from here and paste it in the prompt window and your mailbox will be successfully added.
