Discover solutions to frequently asked questions about managing mailboxes in your Zapmail account. Whether you're new to the process or looking to optimize your settings, you'll find the answers you're looking for here.
What does "Mailboxes will export as soon as it is ready" mean?
This means that when you initiate an email export from Zapmail to ReachInbox, Instantly, or Smartlead, the process is queued and will start as soon as it’s ready. The time required varies based on the number of emails and server load.
Is there a limit to the number of mailboxes I can export?
No, you can export an unlimited number of mailboxes.
Is it possible to access the passwords for my mailboxes from Zapmail?
Yes, you can download a CSV file of your mailboxes. However, this will disable future automatic exports. Manually accessing your Google Workspace account is not recommended as it may interfere with Zapmail automation. Changing passwords manually will disable Zapmail's access to your Google accounts, deactivating all setup and export automation.
Can I transfer my existing mailboxes to Zapmail?
No, you can't transfer mailboxes. You can connect your domains and set up new mailboxes. If they’re already connected to a Workspace account, the transfer is complex and not recommended.
Can we export mailboxes to the trial account?
No, Zapmail does not support exporting mailboxes to trial accounts on ReachInbox, Instantly, and Smartlead. This feature is available only on paid plans.
Does Zapmail work with subdomains?
No, Zapmail does not work with subdomains.
Does Zapmail support setting up aliases?
