Connect Your Mailboxes to ReachInbox: Everything You Need to Know

Zapmail makes it easy to export your mailboxes directly to ReachInbox so you can start warm-up and outreach without manual setup.

This guide walks you through how to connect your Zapmail mailboxes to ReachInbox in just a few clicks.


Before You Begin

  • Make sure you have an active ReachInbox account

  • Your mailboxes should be active


🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to ReachInbox

Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes

  • Go to the Mailboxes section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.


Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”

  • At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.


Step 3: Choose ReachInbox

  • From the list of platforms, select ReachInbox.


Step 4: Connect Your ReachInbox Account

  • Click Export, then log in using your ReachInbox credentials.

  • Fill in the following:

    • Email – the same email you use to log into ReachInbox

    • Password – your Reachinbox login password

This securely authorizes Zapmail to send mailboxes to your ReachInbox workspace.


Step 5: Choose the ReachInbox Workspace

  • A pop-up will appear showing your available ReachInbox workspaces.Select the workspace where you want your mailboxes to be exported.

  • Click Export.


Step 6: Confirm Export

Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation message that your mailboxes are queued for export.

Your mailboxes will automatically appear in ReachInbox as soon as they’re ready.


⚠️ Important Notes Before Exporting to ReachInbox

  • Google Sign-In users:
    If you signed up on ReachInbox using “Continue with Google”, you must first create a manual password in your ReachInbox account settings.
    Use this email + password combination when connecting ReachInbox to Zapmail.
