Zapmail makes it easy to export your mailboxes directly to PlusVibe so you can start warm-up and outreach without manual setup.
This guide walks you through how to connect your Zapmail mailboxes to PlusVibe in just a few clicks.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active PlusVibe account
Your mailboxes should be active
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to PlusVibe
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose PlusVibe
From the list of platforms, select PlusVibe.
Step 4: Connect Your PlusVibe Account
Click Export, then log in using your PlusVibe credentials.
Fill in the following:
Email – the same email you use to log into PlusVibe
Password – your PlusVibe login password
API Key – your PlusVibe API key (For Warmup Feature)
This securely authorizes Zapmail to send mailboxes to your PlusVibe workspace.

To get the API key , Go to the following link: https://app.plusvibe.ai/v2/settings/api-access/
Step 5: Choose the PlusVibe Workspace
A pop-up will appear showing your available Plusvibe workspaces.Select the workspace where you want your mailboxes to be exported.
Click Export.
Step 6: Confirm Export
Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation message that your mailboxes are queued for export.
Your mailboxes will automatically appear in PlusVibe as soon as they’re ready.
🔥 New: Manage Warmup Settings Inside Zapmail
If you connect using the API Key, you can now control PlusVibe warmup directly from Zapmail.
How It Works
Open the Export pop-up
Switch to the Warmup tab
Toggle Enable Warmup
Adjust all warmup settings as needed
This allows you to manage warmup behaviour for your mailboxes without switching to PlusVibe.
⚠️ Important Notes Before Exporting to PlusVibe
Google Sign-In users:
If you signed up on PlusVibe using “Continue with Google”, you must first create a manual password in your PlusVibe account settings.
Use this email + password combination when connecting PlusVibe to Zapmail.Active paid plan required:
You must have an active paid PlusVibe plan to successfully receive mailboxes from Zapmail.
