Zapmail makes it easy to export your mailboxes directly to Reply so you can start warm-up and outreach without manual setup.
This guide walks you through how to connect your Zapmail mailboxes to Reply in just a few clicks.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
An active Reply account
Access to your Reply workspace
Your Reply API key
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to Reply
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose Reply
From the list of platforms, select Reply.
Step 4: Get Your Reply API Key
Log in to your Reply account
Go to Settings
Open the API Keys tab
Copy the API key for the workspace where you want to import mailboxes
Step 5: Connect Reply to Zapmail
Paste the API key into Zapmail and click Export.
Your mailboxes will now be queued for export.
