Zapmail makes it easy to export your mailboxes directly to Warmy so you can start warm-up and outreach without manual setup.
This guide walks you through how to connect your Zapmail mailboxes to Warmy in just a few clicks.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
An active Warmy account
Access to your Warmy workspace
Your Warmy API key
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to Warmy
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes > Assigned section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose Warmy
From the list of platforms, select Warmy.
🔑 How to get Warmy API Token
To generate or access your API Token, follow these steps:
Log in or sign up at warmy.io
Navigate to the "Workspace" -> "Settings" page
Open the "API Keys" tab
Generate a new API Key or copy an existing one
Step 4: Connect Warmy to Zapmail
Copy the API key from Warmy and Paste the API key into Zapmail and click Export.
Your mailboxes will now be queued for export.
