Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active Woodpecker account
Your mailboxes should be active
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to Woodpecker
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose Woodpecker
From the list of platforms, select Woodpecker.
Step 4: Connect Your Woodpecker Account
Click Export, then log in using your Woodpecker credentials.
Fill in the following:
Email – the same email you use to log into Woodpecker
Password – your Woodpecker login password
This securely authorizes Zapmail to send mailboxes to your Woodpecker workspace.
Step 5: Confirm Export
Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation message that your mailboxes are queued for export.
Your mailboxes will automatically appear in Woodpecker as soon as they’re ready.
