This guide walks you through how to connect your Zapmail mailboxes to Master Inbox in just a few clicks.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active Master Inbox account
Your mailboxes should be active
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to Master Inbox
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose Master Inbox
From the list of platforms, select Master Inbox.
Step 4: Connect Your Master Inbox Account
Click Export, then log in using your Master Inbox credentials.
Fill in the following:
Email – the same email you use to log into Master Inbox
Password – your Master Inbox login password
This securely authorizes Zapmail to send mailboxes to your Master Inbox workspace.
Step 5: Confirm Export
Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation message that your mailboxes are queued for export.
Your mailboxes will automatically appear in Master Inbox as soon as they’re ready.
