Zapmail makes it easy to export your mailboxes directly to Smartlead so you can start warm-up and outreach without manual setup.
This guide walks you through how to connect your Zapmail mailboxes to Smartlead in just a few clicks.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active Smartlead account
Your mailboxes should be active
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to Smartlead
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes > Assigned section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose Smartlead
From the list of platforms, select Smartlead.
Step 4: Connect Your Smartlead Account
Click Export, then log in using your Smartlead credentials.
Fill in the following:
Email – the same email you use to log into Smartlead
Password – your Smartlead login password
This securely authorizes Zapmail to send mailboxes to your Smartlead workspace.
Step 5: Confirm Export
Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation message that your mailboxes are queued for export.
Your mailboxes will automatically appear in Smartlead as soon as they’re ready.

You can now control your Smartlead warmup directly from Zapmail—no need to switch platforms.
How It Works
Switch to the Warmup tab in the Export pop-up
Toggle Enable Warmup
Adjust all warmup settings as needed
This allows you to seamlessly manage warmup behavior for your mailboxes without leaving Zapmail.
