Zapmail makes it easy to export your mailboxes directly to Instantly so you can start warm-up and outreach without manual setup.
This guide walks you through how to connect your Zapmail mailboxes to Instantly in just a few clicks.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active Instantly account
Your mailboxes should be active
đ How to Export Mailboxes to Instantly
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes > Assigned section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click âExport Mailboxesâ
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose Instantly
From the list of platforms, select Instantly.
Step 4: Connect Your Instantly Account
Click Export, then log in using your Instantly credentials.
Fill in the following:
Email â the same email you use to log into Instantly
Password â your Instantly login password
This securely authorizes Zapmail to send mailboxes to your Instantly workspace.
Step 5: Choose the Instantly Workspace
A pop-up will appear showing your available Instantly workspaces.Select the workspace where you want your mailboxes to be exported.
Click Export.
Step 6: Confirm Export
Once logged in, youâll see a confirmation message that your mailboxes are queued for export.
Your mailboxes will automatically appear in Instantly as soon as theyâre ready.

You can now control your Instantly warmup directly from Zapmailâno need to switch platforms.

Switch to Warmup tab during the export window
Toggle Enable Warmup
Adjust all warmup settings as needed
This allows you to seamlessly manage warmup behavior for your exported mailboxes without leaving Zapmail.
â ïž Important Notes Before Exporting to Instantly
Google Sign-In users:
If you signed up on Instantly using âContinue with Googleâ, you must first create a manual password in your Instantly account settings.
Use this email + password combination when connecting Instantly to Zapmail.2FA is not supported:
If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your Instantly account, Zapmail will not be able to complete the export.
Please disable 2FA temporarily before exporting.Active paid plan required:
You must have an active paid Instantly plan to successfully receive mailboxes from Zapmail.
