Zapmail supports one-click exports to popular outreach platforms like ReachInbox, Instantly, Smartlead, and Reply.io.
If you’re using a platform not listed in Zapmail, you can still export your mailboxes through our Other Exports option.
This guide shows you how to request an export to any additional platform.
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to Other Platforms
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose “Other Exports”
From the export options, select Other Exports and click Export.
Step 4: Submit Your Export Request
Fill in the required details, including:
Platform name (where you want to export the mailboxes)
Platform URL
Platform login email
Platform password
Workspace name (optional, if applicable)
Any additional account or setup information
Once done, click Send to submit your request to the Zapmail team.
