Manually logging into your mailboxes is important for effectively managing your emails and ensuring everything functions seamlessly. Here’s a step-by-step guide to accessing your mailboxes via Zapmail.

  1. Select Mailboxes: Choose the mailboxes you want to log into.

  2. Export Mailboxes: Click on “Export Mailboxes.”

  3. Export CSV File: Click on “Export CSV File” and then “Continue.”

4. Agree to Terms: Click on “I agree to Terms of Use” and then “Proceed to Export CSV.”

5. Receive CSV File: The CSV file will be sent to your email account, containing the email accounts and passwords.

Now that you have the email and password for the accounts, the next step is to log into your Google Mailbox. Keep in mind that if you want to manually connect the mailboxes to any third-party tool, the steps will remain consistent across all platforms.

6. So next is to visit gmail.com and enter your mailbox credentials.

7. After adding your email and password google will prompt you to get a verification code from the Google Authenticator app

8. To retrieve the code, return to your Zapmail dashboard. You’ll notice a black icon next to each mailbox. This icon represents your Google Authenticator, which provides the code specific to the mailbox you are trying to log into.

9. Simply click on the black icon, and a pop-up will appear displaying the code. Copy the code and paste it into Gmail.com where it prompts for the code, and you’ll be able to successfully log into your mailbox..

Follow these steps whenever you need to access a specific mailbox directly. If you encounter any issues, support is available to help you resolve them quickly.
