Renewing your domains in Zapmail helps ensure uninterrupted cold email outreach, protects your verified sending domains, and maintains strong deliverability.
You can renew single domains or multiple domains in bulk—both take just a few clicks.
When Can You Renew a Domain?
Domain renewal becomes available 14 days before the expiry date
If a domain expires, there is a 15-day grace period to renew it
Domains not renewed within the grace period will be marked Expired and become unusable
Step 1: Open Domains for Renewal
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard
Go to Domains → Domains for Renewal
Select:
One domain to renew a single domain, or
Multiple domains using checkboxes for bulk renewal
Click Renew Domain
Step 2: Choose Renewal Details
In the renewal pop-up:
Select the renewal period (minimum 1 year, maximum 10 years)
Click Get Price to view the total cost
Click Proceed to Payment
Step 3: Complete Payment
Choose your payment method: Wallet or Stripe
Confirm the payment
✅ All selected domains will be renewed successfully.
⚠️ Important Notes
Renewal is available only within 14 days before expiry
Expired domains have a 15-day grace period
Renewal time is added to the existing expiry date
Example: If a domain expires on 1 June 2025 and you renew it for 1 year, the new expiry date will be 1 June 2026.
