How to Renew a Domain in Zapmail

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Renewing your domains in Zapmail helps ensure uninterrupted cold email outreach, protects your verified sending domains, and maintains strong deliverability.

You can renew single domains or multiple domains in bulk—both take just a few clicks.

When Can You Renew a Domain?

  • Domain renewal becomes available 14 days before the expiry date

  • If a domain expires, there is a 15-day grace period to renew it

  • Domains not renewed within the grace period will be marked Expired and become unusable

Step 1: Open Domains for Renewal

  • Log in to your Zapmail dashboard

  • Go to Domains → Domains for Renewal

  • Select:

    • One domain to renew a single domain, or

    • Multiple domains using checkboxes for bulk renewal

  • Click Renew Domain

Step 2: Choose Renewal Details

In the renewal pop-up:

  • Select the renewal period (minimum 1 year, maximum 10 years)

  • Click Get Price to view the total cost

  • Click Proceed to Payment

Step 3: Complete Payment

  • Choose your payment method: Wallet or Stripe

  • Confirm the payment

✅ All selected domains will be renewed successfully.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Renewal is available only within 14 days before expiry

  • Expired domains have a 15-day grace period

  • Renewal time is added to the existing expiry date

Example: If a domain expires on 1 June 2025 and you renew it for 1 year, the new expiry date will be 1 June 2026.
