Zapmail Wallet helps you keep your services running without interruptions. By adding wallet credits and enabling Auto-Topup, you can ensure your mailboxes and subscriptions renew automatically—without manual payments.
This guide shows you how to add balance to your wallet and set up Auto-Topup in a few simple steps.
💰 How to Add Wallet Credits
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard
Go to the Billing section
Click on Wallet Section
Click + Add money button.
Enter the amount you want to add.
Click on Continue.
You can add funds to your wallet using either Stripe or Direct Bank Transfer.
If you choose Stripe, you’ll be redirected to the payment page, where you can enter your payment details and complete the transaction securely.
Alternatively, select Direct Bank Transfer to transfer funds directly to our bank account. With this option, you’ll receive 1.5% extra wallet credits on the amount transferred. Please note that bank transfers may take 4–5 business days to be received and credited to your wallet.Once you’ve completed the transfer from your bank, upload your payment receipt so we can identify your transaction faster. If you don’t upload a receipt, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transfer details so we can match the payment to your account.
Once successful, the balance will instantly reflect in your Zapmail wallet.
🔁 How to Enable Auto-Topup
Auto-Topup automatically refills your wallet when your balance drops below a set limit.
Toggle Auto-Topup ON
Click Edit Auto-Topup
Set the following:
Minimum Balance – When your wallet falls below this, Auto-Topup triggers
Auto-Recharge Amount – How much should be added automatically
Click Update Auto-Topup to save
