This guide shows you how to add balance to your wallet and set up Auto-Topup in a few simple steps.
💰 How to Add Wallet Credits
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard
Go to the Billing section
Click on Wallet Section
Click Add More Balance
Enter the amount you want to add
Click Add Balance
You’ll be redirected to the payment page. Enter your payment details and complete the transaction. Once successful, the balance will instantly reflect in your Zapmail wallet.
🔁 How to Enable Auto-Topup
Auto-Topup automatically refills your wallet when your balance drops below a set limit.
Toggle Auto-Topup ON
Click Edit Auto-Topup
Set the following:
Minimum Balance – When your wallet falls below this, Auto-Topup triggers
Auto-Recharge Amount – How much should be added automatically
Click Update Auto-Topup to save
