Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zapmail

At Zapmail, we aim to be fully transparent about our billing policies so you always know what to expect. This article explains how refunds work and how you can cancel your subscription if needed.


❌ Refund Policy

All purchases made on Zapmail are final and non-refundable, except in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate billing caused by a system error

  • Service not provisioned within 7 business days after confirmed payment

This no-refund policy applies to all Zapmail products and services, including (but not limited to):

  • Subscriptions

  • Mailboxes

  • Domains

  • Add-ons and services

Once a payment is completed, we are unable to issue full or partial refunds.

We strongly recommend reviewing your plan, quantities, and selections carefully before confirming any purchase.

⚠️ Important: All refund decisions are made at Zapmail’s sole discretion. Meeting one of the above conditions does not automatically guarantee a refund.


🔁 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Please note:

  • Canceling stops the next billing cycle from being charged

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current paid period

  • No refunds are issued for unused time, remaining balance, or partially used subscriptions

After your current billing period ends, your subscription will not renew.
