The Billing section in Zapmail gives you full control over all your subscriptions. From here, you can manage, cancel, restore, or remove subscriptions related to:
Standard Mailbox Plans
Pre-warmed Mailboxes
Zap Shield
Placement Tests
This guide walks you through how to cancel a subscription, revert a cancellation, and remove a cancelled subscription from your dashboard.
📍 Where to Manage Subscriptions
Go to Billing from the left sidebar.
You’ll see all your subscription categories clearly listed, including:
Standard Mailboxes
Pre-warmed Mailboxes
Zap Shield
Placement Tests
From here, you can open any section and manage each subscription individually.
❌ How to Cancel a Subscription
In the Billing section, find the active subscription you want to cancel.
Click the down arrow / See more icon on that subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation in the popup.
Important:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
You won’t be charged again after that.
🔄 How to Revert a Cancellation
If you change your mind before the billing period ends, you can restore the subscription.
Find the subscription marked as Scheduled to Cancel.
Click Revert Cancellation.
✅ Your subscription will continue without interruption, and no data or services will be lost.
🗑️ How to Remove a Cancelled Subscription from the Dashboard
If a subscription has already been cancelled and you no longer want it to appear:
Locate the cancelled subscription.
Click the Bin / Delete icon next to it.
Confirm deletion.
⚠️ Note: This action is irreversible. Deleting a cancelled subscription removes it permanently from your dashboard and clears its historical record.
⚠️ Important Note for Zap Shield & Placement Tests
Zap Shield and Placement Test subscriptions are canceled immediately.
Once canceled, the service stops right away and will no longer be active.
These subscriptions are non-refundable. Any unused time or credits cannot be refunded.
Zap Shield and Placement Test Subscription is Global to workspaces and Provider.
We recommend reviewing this carefully before canceling Zap Shield or Placement Test subscriptions, as the action takes effect instantly.
