Whether you’re just getting started or scaling cold outreach, you’ll find clear answers here.
1. How are mailboxes created in Zapmail?
Zapmail creates real Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes on your connected or purchased domains.
All technical setup (DNS, workspace creation, authentication) is handled automatically.
2. Can I bring my existing mailboxes into Zapmail?
No.
Zapmail does not migrate or import existing mailboxes.
You can:
Connect your domain
Release any old workspace

Your active plan

We recommend 1–3 mailboxes per domain.
