This guide will walk you through how to cancel your subscription, revert a cancellation, and delete a cancelled subscription from your dashboard.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Step 1: Navigate to the Billing section from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click on the 'See More' button on the Active Subscription you want to cancel.
Step 3: Select Cancel Subscription under the plan details.
Step 4: Confirm your cancellation in the prompt Window.
Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You won’t be charged further.
How to Revert a Cancellation
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription before the end of the billing period.
Step 1: Go back to the Billing section.
Step 2: Locate the Cancelled Subscription marked as Scheduled to Cancel.
Step 3: Click on Revert Cancellation.
Note: You will not lose any data or service during this process.
How to Delete a Cancelled Subscription from Dashboard
To delete a cancelled subscription from your dashboard, simply click the Bin icon next to it and confirm the deletion.
Note: This action is irreversible. Deleting a cancelled subscription will remove all historical data linked to that plan.
