How to Access Zap Shield
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard
Click Deliverability > Zap Shield from the left sidebar
How to Activate Zap Shield
Step 1: Select a Domain
Choose the domain you want to protect
Click Activate Zap Shield
Step 2: Review & Confirm
A pop-up will display:
Pricing ($3/month)
Included protection features
Prorated billing details
Click Add Zap Shield to continue.
Step 3: Complete Payment
Choose your payment method:
Stripe (card payment)
Wallet (Zapmail balance)
Confirm payment.
✅ Zap Shield is activated instantly for the domain.
Managing Your Zap Shield Subscription
View Active Protection
Go to Billing from the sidebar
Open the Zap Shield section
You can see:
Protected domains
Subscription status
Renewal dates
Cancel Zap Shield (If Needed)
Go to Billing > Zap Shield Tab.
Click three dots next to subscription and Select Cancel Subscription
Checkmark "Terms & Condition" and Type Cancel in the Keywords field.
Click Cancel button
Protection will stop immediately and no further charges will be incurred.
