You can purchase a new domain directly from Zapmail and add it to your workspace in just a few steps. Domains bought through Zapmail are automatically configured, so you don’t need to handle DNS, nameservers, or technical setup.
This guide walks you through the entire process—from searching for a domain to completing payment.
Step 1: Go to the Domains Section
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard.
From the left sidebar, click Domains.
Click Add Domain in the top-right corner and Select Buy New Domain.
Step 2: Search and Select a Domain
Enter the domain name you want to purchase in the search field.Zapmail will display available domain options and extensions.
Use the TLD filter to narrow your search by extension (such as
.com,.net,.org,.info,.biz, or.live).
💡 Tip: .com domains are generally recommended for better inbox placement and credibility.
Choose your preferred domain and click the Cart icon.

Not sure what domain to pick? Use the AI Domain Finder to discover available, outreach-friendly domain names that resonates your brand.
Step 3: Review Your Cart
Click View Cart.
Review the selected domain and registration duration.
Click Proceed to Buy.
Step 4: Zap Shield Protection (Optional)
After proceeding, you may see the Zap Shield – Protect Your Domains screen.
From here, you can:
Review eligible domains
See the prorated monthly cost
Add Zap Shield for additional domain protection
Optionally choose a Zap Shield LTD plan, or skip this step

Step 5: Complete Payment
Choose your payment method:
Wallet, or
Stripe
Enter payment details if required.
Confirm the payment.
After Purchase: What Happens Next
Once your purchase is complete:
The domain is added to your Zapmail account automatically
DNS and nameserver setup is handled entirely by Zapmail
No manual configuration is required on your end
