Zapmail allows you to purchase additional mailboxes for both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365—so you can easily scale your sending setup whenever needed.
This guide walks you through how to buy more mailboxes from your dashboard.
Step 1: Choose Your Platform and Workspace
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard and Select the workspace.
From the top of the Mailboxes section, select your preferred platform:
👉 Google Workspace
👉 Microsoft 365
This ensures your mailboxes are purchased under the correct provider and Workspace.
Step 2: Open the Mailboxes Section
Click Mailboxes from the left sidebar.
Step 3: Click “Add Mailbox”
On the Mailboxes page:
Click Add Mailbox
Select Buy Mailbox
This will open the mailbox purchase screen.
Step 4: Select Plan & Quantity
On the purchase screen:
Choose Monthly, Quaterly, and Yearly billing
Enter the number of mailboxes you want to buy
Review pricing based on your current Zapmail plan
Click Pay Now to continue
💡 Note: If there is no active subscription under the selected workspace or platform, you may see a pop-up asking you to buy a plan. If you don’t want to purchase a plan right now, you can safely close or ignore the pop-up.
Step 5: Complete Payment
Choose your preferred payment method — Stripe or your Zapmail Wallet — and complete the checkout.
Once the payment is successful, your new mailboxes will be added to your account and will be ready to be assigned.
🔁 Important Billing Notes
Additional mailboxes are always purchased on the same billing cycle as your current workspace plan — Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.
You cannot mix billing cycles within the same workspace.
Example:
If your workspace is on a monthly plan, any new mailbox slots you purchase will also be billed monthly.
If your workspace is on a yearly plan, additional mailboxes will be billed yearly.
This keeps billing consistent and avoids partial-cycle issues.
