Scheduled Mailboxes in Zapmail

Create Mailboxes for the Next Billing Cycle

The Scheduled Mailbox feature in Zapmail lets you queue mailboxes now and have them automatically created on your next billing date. This is especially useful when you’ve hit the 24-hour mailbox creation window or want to plan your setup in advance.


When Should You Use Scheduled Mailboxes?

Use this feature when:

  • You can’t create more mailboxes due to the 24-hour creation limit

  • You want mailboxes to be auto-created on your next billing cycle

  • You’re preparing infrastructure in advance for upcoming campaigns


📍 Where to Find Scheduled Mailboxes

  • Log in to your Zapmail dashboard

  • Go to Mailboxes from the left sidebar

  • Click Schedule Mailboxes


✉️ How to Schedule Mailboxes

  • Choose how you want to add mailboxes:

  • If using CSV:

    • Upload your file

    • Review the mailbox list in the popup

    • Click Upload All

  • Click Assign Mailboxes

Your mailbox(es) are now queued and will be created automatically on your next billing date.

💡 Note: Mailboxes can only be scheduled if you have available mailbox slots in the selected workspace and provider (Google or Microsoft). If no slots are available, the mailbox will not be scheduled.


👀 View Scheduled Mailboxes

At any time, click View Scheduled Mailboxes to:

  • Review queued mailboxes expected date of creation

  • Edit details

  • Remove mailboxes before they’re created


⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Scheduled mailboxes are not created immediately

  • Creation happens automatically on your next billing date

  • You can edit or remove them anytime before that date

  • Your subscription must remain active

  • If billing fails, scheduled mailboxes will not be processed
