Zapmail’s AI Auto-Filling feature helps you create mailbox details automatically—saving time and reducing manual effort. Instead of entering names one by one, you can let AI generate realistic mailbox identities in just a few clicks.
You can generate mailboxes using either:
Name-based generation, or
Gender & Ethnicity-based generation
Where to Find AI Auto-Filling
Select your platform (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
Go to the Mailboxes > Assigned section in your Zapmail dashboard
Click Assign Mailboxes
In the mailbox creation page, Click to the Auto-Fill Using AI Tab.
Option 1: Generate Mailboxes Using Names
Use this option when you already have specific names and want AI to handle the rest automatically.
How It Works
Enter the number of mailboxes you want to create
Provide the First Name and Last Name
Select the domain(s) for mailbox assignment
(Optional) Enable AI Profile Picture Generation using the toggle
Or Upload a custom Profile Pictures
Once configured, AI automatically generates:
Email usernames
Consistent display names
Clean, professional formatting
This option is ideal for fast setup while keeping naming consistent and deliverability-friendly.
Option 2: Generate Mailboxes Using Gender & Ethnicity
Use this option when you want AI-generated, realistic mailbox identities.
How it Works
Select:
Gender
Ethnicity
Number of mailboxes
AI generates:
First & last names
Email usernames
Natural, human-like identities
Best For
Cold outreach at scale
Agencies and growth teams
Creating diverse, natural sender profiles
🎉 New Feature: If you select both genders, you can now adjust the ratio of male and female profiles to generate the exact mix you want.
Review & Assign Mailboxes
After AI generates the mailbox details:
Review the generated names and usernames
Select the domain for assignment
Make any manual edits if needed
Click Assign Mailboxes to place the order
⚠️ Important: Once the order is placed, it cannot be reverted or deleted.
Helpful Notes
AI Auto-Filling works for both single and multiple mailbox creation
Generated mailboxes follow deliverability-safe naming patterns
You can still upload a Bulk CSV if you prefer manual control
It can take upto 1-2 minutes for the AI to generate the results.
