How to Manually Log In to Microsoft Mailboxes

Logging into your mailboxes manually is important for managing your emails and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Follow these steps to access your mailboxes through Zapmail.

  1. You simply have to come to your zapmail mailbox dashboard and just navigate to the Microsoft workspace.

  2. Select Mailboxes: Choose the mailboxes you want to log into.

  3. Export Mailboxes: Click on “Export Mailboxes.”

  4. Export CSV File: Click on “Export CSV File” and then “Continue.”

5. Receive CSV File: The CSV file will be sent to your email account, containing the email accounts and passwords.

Now you have the email and password of the accounts, so the next step is you have to log into your Microsoft account. To do that, you have to navigate to your browser and search for admin.microsoft.com

6. When you navigate to the site, it will prompt you to enter your email and password. Now, here comes the main step. When you enter your password, it will prompt you to "Enter the code displayed in the authenticator app"

7. After navigating to the Microsoft workspace, navigate to the mailbox dashboard. There you will all your mailboxes . Now for generating the code you will just need to click on "See more" on the adjacent of the mailbox that you are trying to login in.

Note: Every email has its own unique code.

8. Please note that the code get refreshes in every 30 seconds so try to add the code before that.

9. Just copy the code from here and paste it in the prompt window and your mailbox will be successfully added.
