Zapmail gives you secure access to both Microsoft mailboxes and the Microsoft admin panel linked to your domain. This guide shows you where to find your credentials in Zapmail and how to log in safely.
⚠️ Important Before You Start
Manual login should only be used when necessary
Do not change mailbox passwords or security settings — this can break Zapmail automation and affect deliverability
Keep all admin credentials private and secure
Before You Begin
Make sure the mailbox status is Active
Keep your Zapmail dashboard open (you’ll need it for 2-step verification)

Step 1: Open Mailboxes
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard
Switch to Microsoft Workspace
Go to Mailboxes
Click the mailbox (or See More) you want to access
Step 2: View Login Credentials
In the sidebar, open Mailbox Details
Copy the email address
Click Show Password
Step 3: Log In to Outlook
Go to outlook.com
Enter the email address and password
Click Next
Step 4: Complete 2-Step Verification
Microsoft will request a verification code.
Return to Zapmail
Click See More on the same mailbox
Copy the Authenticator Code
Paste it into Microsoft and continue
🔑 How to Get Microsoft Admin Details in Zapmail
Zapmail gives you Microsoft admin credentials for each workspace. These are required to access the Microsoft Admin Center.
Step 1: View Admin Credentials
Click the Admin Details tab
You’ll find:
Admin username
Admin password
Authentication code
👉 This will give you admin access to the Microsoft workspace on that domain.

Step 2: Open Microsoft Admin Center
Go to: 👉 https://admin.microsoft.com
Enter the admin username, password and authentication code shown in Zapmail.
