How to Set Up DMARC & Catch-All Email in Zapmail

Zapmail lets you configure DMARC reporting and Catch-All email directly from your domain settings. These features help you monitor your domain’s health and ensure you don’t miss important messages.

Step 1: Open the Domains Section

  • Navigate to Domain section from the left sidebar.


Step 2: Open Domain Settings

  • Click on the domain to open the domain sidebar.

  • Navigate to Domain Settings.


Step 3: Set Up Catch-All Email

  • Find the Catch-All Email field.

  • Enter the email address associated with the same domain that should receive all incoming messages.

Example:

  • Click Save.

ℹ️ Note: The Catch-All inbox must already exist. Zapmail does not auto-create mailboxes.


Step 4: Set Up DMARC Email

  • Locate the DMARC Email field.

  • Enter the email address where DMARC reports should be delivered.

Example:

  • Click Save.

ℹ️ Note: The DMARC email need to be from the same domain.


Step 5: Activation

  • Changes are applied automatically

  • DNS updates are handled in the background

  • Setup usually completes within a few minutes

No manual DNS configuration is required.
