Zapmail allows you to update domain settings for multiple domains at once—saving time and ensuring consistency across your setup. Bulk editing is especially useful when managing large numbers of outreach domains.
This guide walks you through how to bulk update domain details in a few simple steps.
What You Can Bulk Edit
Using bulk actions, you can update the following domain settings for multiple domains at the same time:
Domain Forwarding
DMARC Email
Forwarding Email
Catch-All Email
Step 1: Select Domains
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard.
Go to the Domains section from the left sidebar.
Select the domains you want to update.
Step 2: Open Bulk Actions
Click Domain Actions.
Select Update Settings from the dropdown.
Step 3: Update Domain Details
Enter or update the required domain settings:
Domain Forwarding
DMARC Email
Forwarding Email
Catch-All Email
Click Save to apply the changes.
All selected domains will be updated automatically.
Bulk Delete Domain Settings
You can also remove domain settings in bulk.
Select the domains from the Domains section
Click Domain Actions → Delete Settings
In the popup, choose the settings to remove:
Domain Forwarding
Email Forwarding
Catch-All Email
Confirm to apply
Only the selected settings will be deleted. Other domain configurations remain unchanged.
