How to Schedule Multiple Mailboxes in Zapmail

This comprehensive guide will walk you through the steps to schedule multiple mailboxes at once using a CSV file in Zapmail. This feature is ideal when you're planning ahead and want to provision mailboxes efficiently for your next billing cycle.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: From the dashboard, navigate to the Mailbox section in the left sidebar.

Step 2: In the sidebar, you’ll see the option to schedule mailboxes. Click to begin.

Step 3: Click on "Upload Bulk CSV" button.

Step 4: Upload your CSV by dragging it into the designated area or browsing your computer. Use the sample CSV as a reference to ensure proper formatting.

Step 5: A pop-up window will appear displaying all the mailbox details from your uploaded CSV for review.Click “Upload All” to schedule the mailboxes for creation on your next billing date.

Step 6: Once completed, click “Assign Mailboxes” to queue them for automatic creation on your next billing date.

How to View Scheduled Mailboxes

To check your queued mailboxes, simply click on “View Scheduled Mailboxes” from the same section.

Important Notes

  • Scheduled mailboxes will not be created immediately. They will be provisioned only after your next billing date.

  • You can edit or remove scheduled mailboxes anytime before the billing date.

  • If your plan or billing status changes, scheduled mailboxes may not be processed—ensure your subscription remains active.

  • If you do not have available seats in your account at the time of scheduling, the mailbox will not be scheduled. Please ensure sufficient seats are available before assigning mailboxes.

You're All Set!

Your mailboxes are now successfully scheduled and will be created automatically on your next billing date. If you need to make any changes, you can always view or edit them from the Scheduled Mailboxes section.
