What Is Bulk Domain Finder?
Bulk Domain Finder allows you to:
Upload a CSV file with up to 100 domain names
Instantly check which domains are available
Automatically add available domains to your cart

This is ideal for agencies, outbound teams, and anyone managing domains at scale.
Step 1: Open Bulk Domain Finder
Go to Domain(s) > Buy New Domain(s) > Bulk Domain Finder
Step 2: Upload Your Domain List
A popup will appear where you can:
Upload a CSV file, or
Click Sample Sheet to download the correct CSV format
Step 3: Scan Domains
Click Upload All
Zapmail will scan your list and check availability
Step 4: Review Your Cart
Once scanning is complete, a cart will appear
Only available domains are added automatically
In the cart, open Registration timing to choose how your domains are registered:
Register now: All domains are registered today, and mailboxes are ready in 30 to 45 minutes.
Spread out (Recommended): About 90 to 240 seconds between each registration. Registering many domains at once creates identical creation times that email providers can link together. Spacing them out makes each domain look independently registered, which helps protect deliverability.
Spread out (wide): About 500 to 800 seconds between each registration. This gives the strongest spread but takes longer for large orders.
