This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to export mailboxes in Zapmail. Follow these steps to efficiently export your mailboxes to your preferred platform, streamlining your email outreach efforts and enhancing your campaign management capabilities.
Step 1: Select the mailboxes you want to export by checking the boxes next to each mailbox.
Step 2: Click on Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose the export platform. Options include ReachInbox, Instantly, Smartlead , Reply.io and Quickmail. Each platform provides different export options.
You can also manually export the mailboxes in a CSV format.
Step 4: Click on Continue and enter your login details of the tool in which you want to export your mailboxes.
Step 5: After clicking on login it will ask you to select your workspace in which you want to export your mailboxes and after that a confirmation message will appear, stating that your mailboxes will be exported as soon as it is ready.
