Step 1: Select the mailboxes you want to export by checking the boxes next to each mailbox.
Step 2: Click on Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose the Instantly platform.

Step 5: After logging to your account you will be prompted to select the organization in which you want to export the mailboxes.
Please note :- If you have more than one organization on instantly then only it will ask you to choose other wise it will export to your default organization.
Step 6: After selecting the organization , a confirmation message will appear, stating that your mailboxes will be exported as soon as it is ready.
