Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active Lemlist account
Your mailboxes should be active
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to Lemlist
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose Lemlist
From the list of platforms, select Lemlist.
Step 4: Connect Your Lemlist Account
Click Export, then log in using your Lemlist credentials.
Fill in the following:
Email – the same email you use to log into Lemlist
Password – your Lemlist login password
This securely authorizes Zapmail to send mailboxes to your Lemlist workspace.
Step 5: Add Lemlist Team Name
To complete the export, Zapmail requires your Lemlist Team Name.
To find it:
Log in to your Lemlist account
Go to Settings → Team Settings
Copy the Team Name exactly as shown
Paste it into the Team Name field in Zapmail
Step 6: Confirm Export
Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation message that your mailboxes are queued for export.
Your mailboxes will automatically appear in Apollo as soon as they’re ready.
⚠️ Important Notes Before Exporting to Lemlist
Google Sign-In users:
If you signed up on Instantly using “Continue with Google”, you must first create a manual password in your Lemlist account settings.
Use this email + password combination when connecting Lemlist to Zapmail.Single active session: Lemlist allows only one active session at a time.
To avoid interruptions, we recommend using not loging into Lemlist while the mailboxes are getting connected to Lemlist.One export per Lemlist user:
Each Lemlist user requires a separate export request using their own Lemlist login credentials.2FA support (Magic Link & OTP):
If 2FA is enabled on your Lemlist account, Lemlist will send a Magic Link and OTP to your registered email address. Copy the Magic Link and OTP from the Lemlist email and enter them in Zapmail when prompted to complete the export.Mailbox slot availability:
The number of mailboxes that can be connected depends on the available mailbox slots in your Lemlist account. Make sure you have enough slots before exporting
