Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active Lemlist account
Your mailboxes should be active

Zapmail now supports user-level exports for Lemlist, allowing exports to be configured per individual user instead of being limited to the team level.
How It Works
API Key (Team-Level):
Used to automatically fetch and resolve your Lemlist teamUser Credentials (User-Level):
Each export is mapped to a specific user using their email and password
This ensures better control and flexibility when managing multiple users within the same Lemlist team.

To export mailboxes, you’ll need:
Email (Lemlist login)
Password (Lemlist login)
API Key (Team-level access)
🔍 How to Get Your Lemlist API Key
Open Lemlist
Click your profile icon (bottom-left corner) → Select Settings
Go to Integrations (API Settings)
Click Generate
Enter a name for your API key (e.g., Zapmail Integration)
Click Create Key
Copy and securely store your API key
🚀 How to Export Mailboxes to Lemlist
Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes
Go to the Mailboxes > Assigned section and check the boxes next to the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2: Click “Export Mailboxes”
At the top of the page, click Export Mailboxes.
Step 3: Choose Lemlist
From the list of platforms, select Lemlist.
Step 4: Connect Your Lemlist Account
Click Export, then log in using your Lemlist credentials.
Fill in the following:
Email – the same email you use to log into Lemlist
Password – your Lemlist login password
API Key – your Lemlist team API key
This securely authorizes Zapmail to send mailboxes to your Lemlist workspace.
Step 5: Fetch Team Users & Select Export User
If you want to export mailboxes to a specific team member:
After adding the API Key, click Fetch Team Users
Zapmail will display all available team members in a dropdown
Select the user you want to export mailboxes to
This ensures the mailboxes are mapped to the correct user within your Lemlist team.
⚠️ Make sure the API key you generate belongs to the correct team/workspace, otherwise users may not load correctly.
Step 6: Add Lemlist Team Name
To complete the export, Zapmail requires your Lemlist Team Name.
To find it:
Log in to your Lemlist account
Go to Settings → Team Settings
Copy the Team Name exactly as shown
Paste it into the Team Name field in Zapmail
Step 7: Confirm Export
Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation message that your mailboxes are queued for export.
Your mailboxes will automatically appear in Apollo as soon as they’re ready.

User-level exports:
Each Lemlist user requires a separate export using their own login credentials.API key is mandatory:
The API key is required to identify and map the correct Lemlist team.Google Sign-In users:
If you signed up using “Continue with Google”, create a manual password in Lemlist settings.Single active session:
Lemlist allows only one active session at a time. Avoid logging in during export to prevent interruptions.2FA support (Magic Link & OTP):
If enabled, Lemlist will send a Magic Link and OTP to your email. Enter these in Zapmail when prompted.Mailbox slot availability:
Ensure you have enough mailbox slots available in your Lemlist account before exporting.
