ZapSites lets you generate a live landing page for one of your cold domains in a few clicks, using AI to write the copy and match your brand.
This guide walks you through the full creation flow, from picking a domain to launching the page.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have an active domain without an existing ZapSite already deployed to it
Have your destination website URL ready (the site ZapSites will read to match your brand — this site itself is never modified)
🚀 How to Create a ZapSite
Step 1: Choose Your Domain and Destination
Go to ZapSites in the sidebar and click Create ZapSite.
Under Which domains should host this ZapSite?, select one or more domains from the dropdown. Only active domains without an existing ZapSite are listed — pick more than one and the same page launches on every domain you select.
If you already have a ZapSite, you can choose to Reuse an existing ZapSite (deploys the same page across domains, with leads and visitors combined into one record but filterable by domain) or Generate a new page (fresh AI copy and theme for this domain).
Under Destination website, enter the URL of your main site or offer page — usually https://yourcompany.com. Zapmail reads this page to match your brand; the destination itself is never touched.
Click Next.
Step 2: Tell the AI About Your Campaign
Under What is this campaign about?, describe the campaign in plain language. The AI writes the page copy from this description, not just from your destination site.
Under Who are you targeting?, select an audience tag (e.g. SaaS founders, Venture capitalists) or click + Add your own to enter a custom audience.
Under Call-to-action label, enter the text for your CTA button (e.g. Pitch your Startup). Every CTA button on the page links back to your destination website.
Click Next.
Step 3: Let It Generate the Page
Once you click Next, ZapSites builds the page automatically — this usually takes under a minute. You'll see it work through:
Reading your destination site for brand, tone, and offer
Blending in your campaign context
Writing the headline, sections, and social proof
Wiring the lead form to your ZapSite records
Installing the visitor identification snippet
Applying no-index cloaking and SSL
Step 4: Preview and Choose a Theme
Review the generated page in the preview panel.
Under Theme, choose Suggested (a design generated for your brand), or pick a preset. Switching presets restyles the page instantly; your copy is never rewritten when you change themes.
If you want different copy, click Regenerate copy.
Click Next.
Step 5: Configure Launch Settings and Launch
Under This domain's settings:
Search-engine indexing — off by default, so your ZapSite stays out of Google and is visible only to the prospects you email.
Visitor identification — reveals the companies (and where possible, people) who visit the page, even if they never fill out the form.
Contact form → ZapSite records — submissions are stored in Zapmail and can trigger an email and Slack alert.
Under Review & launch, confirm the details before going live:
Hosted on — the domain the ZapSite will run on
Clicks through to — your destination URL (editable)
Theme — your selected theme (previewable)
CTA label — your call-to-action text
Page copy — AI-generated (editable via Edit context)
SSL — auto-provisioned
When you're ready, click Launch ZapSite. Your page goes live in about 30 seconds, and you can edit or take it down at any time.
⚠️ Important Notes
A ZapSite can only be created on a domain that doesn't already have one — to change an existing ZapSite's domain, use Deploy to domains from the ZapSites list instead.
If a ZapSite shows a Failed or Error status on the ZapSites list, it didn't deploy successfully — check the domain and destination URL, then try deploying again.
ZapSites is currently available free of charge during the beta period.
