What Is AI Insights?
AI Insights gives you an on-demand deliverability audit for individual or selected mailboxes in your workspace. Run it whenever you want a clear read on how healthy your sending setup is, and share the results with your team in one click.
đ€ What AI Insights Evaluates
Each run scores your selected mailboxes on the following:
Overall Score: A composite health rating for the selected mailbox setup.
Mailbox & Domain Health: Separate health ratings for your technical configuration and your domain reputation.
Ramp Compliance: Tracks your sending volume against safe warmup schedules.
Risk Flags: Highlights specific issues, such as missing DNS records or sudden bounce spikes.
⥠How to Generate a New AI Insight
Step 1: Open AI Insights
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard.
In the left sidebar, under Deliverability, click AI Insights.
Click Generate New AI Insight at the top of the page.
Step 2: Select your mailboxes
Select the mailbox(es) you want to analyze.
Step 3: Review credits and payment
Check your credit summary: Available Credits, Cost for this run, and Remaining Credits.
Click Generate AI Insight to start the analysis.
đ How to View Insight Reports
Once generated, your analysis appears in the main table on the AI Insights page.
Find your mailbox row and click View Report under the Actions column.
Inside the report, you can review your Mailbox Health, Domain Health, Ramp Compliance, and any active Risk Flags.
đ How to Share Insights via Link or Email
You can share completed reports with team members, agencies, or clients.
Open the report by clicking View Report.
At the top right of the report header, choose how to share:
Copy Link: Generates a direct shareable link and copies it to your clipboard.
Share via Email: Opens a prompt to send the report straight to an email address.
