You can update your Zapmail account email address or change your password at any time from your account settings. Keeping these details up to date helps ensure account security and uninterrupted communication.
Update Your Account Email Address
Go to Settings from the left sidebar and Select General Settings.
Click Update Button and Select Update Email.
Enter the new email address you want to use and clicl on Verify Email.
An OTP will be sent to the new email address.
Enter the OTP in the verification pop-up.
Confirm to complete the update.
Update Your Password
Click on the Update Password .
Enter your current password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Click Update Password.
🔒 Your new password takes effect immediately.
Important Notes
⏳Please keep in mind:
Email updates require OTP verification.
Password changes apply instantly.
Always use a strong password.
If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen.
