You can update your Zapmail account email address or change your password at any time from your account settings. Keeping these details up to date helps ensure account security and uninterrupted communication.
Update Your Account Email Address
Go to Settings from the left sidebar and Select General Settings.
Click Update Details Button and Select Update Email.
Enter the new email address you want to use and clicl on Verify Email.
An OTP will be sent to the new email address.
Enter the OTP in the verification pop-up.
Confirm to complete the update.
Update Your Password
Click on the Update Password .
Enter your current password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Click Update Password.
đ Your new password takes effect immediately.
How to Reset Your Zapmail Password
Canât access your account? If youâve forgotten your password or canât log in, you can reset it in a few quick steps. Just follow the instructions below.
Go to the Reset Page: Visit the Forgot Password Page or click Forgot Password on the login screen.
Submit Your Email: Enter your registered Zapmail email address and click Submit.
Check Your Email: Open your email from Zapmail and click the password reset link.
Create a New Password: Enter and confirm your new password to finish logging in.
