Choose ZapCare if you already have a warmup and sending strategy in place and want early detection and reliable DNS to keep track of your domain health.
Choose ZapShield if you want full peace of mind. If your domain gets blacklisted despite following standard practices, ZapShield covers the cost of a fresh replacement domain so your outreach doesn't stall.

đ How to Activate Your Plan
Step 1: Open the protection page
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard.
In the left sidebar, click Deliverability, then ZapShield or ZapCare.
Step 2: Select a domain
Choose the domain you want to protect.
Click Activate on ZapCare or ZapShield.
Step 3: Review and confirm
A pop-up shows the pricing, the included protection features, and the prorated billing details.
Click Add to continue.
Step 4: Complete payment
Choose your payment method: Stripe (card payment) or Wallet (Zapmail balance).
Confirm payment.
Your plan is activated instantly for the domain.
Managing Your Subscription
View active protection
Click Billing in the sidebar and open your protection plan's section.
You can see your protected domains, subscription status, and renewal dates.
Cancel your plan
Go to Billing and open your plan's tab.
Click the three dots next to the subscription and select Cancel Subscription.
Tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox and type Cancel in the keyword field.
Click Cancel.
Protection stops immediately and no further charges apply.
