Zapmail provides Microsoft admin credentials for your mailboxes, allowing you to access the Microsoft admin panel when needed. This guide explains where to find those credentials and how to log in securely.
Where to Find Microsoft Admin Credentials
Step 1: Open the Mailboxes Section
Log in to your Zapmail dashboard
Go to the Mailboxes section
Step 2: Open Mailbox Details
Click See More next to the mailbox you want to manage
A sidebar will open on the right
Step 3: View Admin Details
In the sidebar, click the Admin Details tab
You’ll find:
Admin username
Admin password
Authentication code
These credentials are required to access the Microsoft admin account linked to your mailbox.
Log In to Microsoft Admin Panel
Use the credentials from Zapmail to log in at:
Microsoft 365 Admin Center — https://admin.microsoft.com
This will give you admin access to the Microsoft workspace associated with that domain.
