How to Manage Billing in Zapmail

(Cards, Invoices & Billing Info)

Zapmail makes it easy to manage all your billing-related information from one place. You can update your card details, edit billing information, and download invoices anytime from your billing portal.

This guide walks you through all the essential billing actions step by step.


📍 Open the Billing Portal

  • Log in to your Zapmail dashboard

  • Click Billing from the left sidebar

  • Click Manage Billing & Payment Methods

You’ll be redirected to the Zapmail billing portal, where you can manage everything related to payments and billing.


💳 How to Update Your Card Details

  • n the billing portal, locate the Payment Methods section

  • Click the Edit (✏️) icon next to your existing card

  • Click Add payment method

  • Choose your preferred payment method

  • Save your changes

Your new card details will be updated instantly.


🧾 How to Update Billing Information

  • Scroll to the Billing & Shipping Information section

  • Click Update information

  • Enter your updated billing details

  • Click Update to save

Your billing information will be refreshed immediately.


📄 How to View & Download Invoices

  • Scroll to the Invoice History section at the bottom of the page

  • You’ll see a list of all past invoices

  • Click any invoice to view or download it


✅ You’re All Set

You can now:

  • Update your payment methods

  • Edit billing details

  • View and download invoices
