When using our service, you may encounter a situation where you are unable to assign more mailboxes to domains after 24 hours. This is due to our monthly based billing system, which does not allow us to add mailboxes to a workspace in the middle of a billing cycle.

Each domain has a workspace associated with it, and our billing system is designed to bill for the entire workspace at once. This means that if you add a new mailbox to a domain in the middle of a billing cycle, it would create a discrepancy in our billing system.

As a result, we have implemented a restriction that prevents the addition of new mailboxes to a workspace after 24 hours have passed since the start of the billing cycle. This ensures that our billing system remains accurate and consistent for all of our customers.

If you need to add more mailboxes to a domain, we recommend doing so before the start of the next billing cycle. This will ensure that the new mailboxes are included in the billing for that cycle and will not cause any discrepancies.
